Agreement of Sale Daiquiri's Registered German Shepherds

Conditions of Sale:
This puppy is warranted to be in good health, to the best of our
knowledge, at the time of sale and has had its first veterinarian examination
and vaccinations. All puppies are sold with veterinarian approval.
The buyer has a health warranty extending to the close of business
______________________________ (which is two (2) weeks from the date of
purchase) in which to have this puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and is
urged to do so. Failure to have puppy vet checked in the time frame
stated void’s this warranty completely. If
the veterinarian finds anything seriously detrimental to the health of said
puppy, it will be exchanged for a puppy of equal value and description (see
below). Problems should be brought to the attention of the breeder
immediately either by phone or in person. A letter from the examining
veterinarian, explaining the puppy's illness, is required when returning said
puppy. Daiquiri's German Shepherds reserves the right to have our
veterinarian examine the puppy at our expense before return of said
puppy. The return of a puppy must be within the above mentioned time
frame.
This puppy is also warranted against severe genetic defects that greatly
affect its quality of life for a period not to exceed one (1) calendar year
from the puppy's date of birth. In the event that said puppy is found to
have a genetic defect that severely affects its quality of life, it will be
replaced with a puppy of equal value and description at the breeder's
discretion upon completion of the following conditions:
1. Puppy must be
altered and registration papers returned to breeder.
2. Original
letter from veterinarian stating defect and how defect affects puppy’s quality
of life, complete with veterinarian’s signature. Permission in writing must be given by owner to
Breeder allowing Breeder to contact the veterinarian about said puppy.
3. Owner does
NOT need to return original puppy to breeder unless they choose to do so.
This warranty does not include a guarantee that the
puppy will pass any OFA or Penn hip certifications unless otherwise stated in
the addendum section of this warranty.
Breeder reserves the right to substitute a cash refund in lieu of
replacement puppy at Breeder’s discretion.
By signing this agreement the Buyer agrees to provide
veterinary information to Breeder and grant full access to all veterinary
records to Breeder at any time. In
addition, buyer agrees to allow Breeder to talk with any veterinarian or
technician that has treated the puppy at any time.
